In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the owner of the website www.ideasagitadas.productions (hereinafter, the “Website”) is Delicatessen Ideas Agitadas, S.L., domiciled in Carrerró de les Carolines, 4-6, CP 08012 of Barcelona, with C.I.F B62780994 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, Volume 34268, Folio 66, Section 8, Page B241182 (hereinafter, “IDEAS AGITADAS”).

Any necessary communications between IDEAS AGITADAS and the User should be addressed to the Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to hola@ideasagitadas.com, by calling 932376866, or by sending a written communication addressed to our Customer Service Department, at the above mentioned address.

Our customer service hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Fridays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

1.1. Las presentes Condiciones de Uso tienen por finalidad regular la puesta a disposición de la información y los servicios prestados por IDEAS AGITADAS por medio de la Web.

1.2. Al navegar por la Web usted adquiere automáticamente la condición de Usuario (en adelante, “Ud.” o “Usuario”) y acepta sin reservas de ninguna clase, a todas y cada una del presente Aviso Legal.

1.3. Para empezar a utilizar la Web no será necesario que el Usuario se registre previamente, ni que acepte expresamente el presente Aviso Legal. Sin embargo, el Usuario es consciente de que es su obligación conocer y respetar el presente Aviso Legal y nuestra Política de Privacidad a partir del momento en que accede a la Web.

El acceso por parte del Usuario no le otorga ningún derecho de propiedad a las mismas.

3. Civil Liability

3.1. IDEAS AGITADAS no responderá de ningún daño o perjuicio que el Usuario pueda sufrir como consecuencia de la utilización de la Web cuando pruebe que ha cumplido las exigencias y diligencias que exige la naturaleza de la Web.

3.2. No controlamos, con carácter general, la utilización que los Usuarios hacen de la Web. En particular, no garantizamos bajo ningún extremo que los Usuarios utilicen la Web y sus herramientas de conformidad con la ley, el presente Aviso Legal, la moral y buenas costumbres generalmente aceptadas y el orden público, ni tampoco que lo hagan de forma diligente y prudente.

6. Minors

7. Duration and Termination

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of Barcelona for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing to any other jurisdiction.
